Hi Peter and Allen,
For the last question Pashupati and I are still the correct individuals to be listed. There was a few other shake ups with other EIC scope, but the 591 single cavity has still remained in the same hands 🙂
Thank you,
David S.

Hi Allen,
Let me preface this by saying this traveler for the 591SC only intends to capture a handful of tests of the Design-Verification cavity. This is not the traveler for Production EIC 591 single cells.
*
The excel template is for the L2PRD project and lacks any approval areas. The current rules state that a document has to have approvals, and has to be for the project it's referenced by, unless it's a master document.
*
I understand you worked with Matthew Menia on a master form a while back, could that one be used instead?
*
I would like to have a master document for this excel macro, but I think that is a larger effort than this specific traveler requires. Based on your requirements, you can remove the spreadsheet link for this traveler. I will work on making the spreadsheet a master document for more production-oriented travelers in the future.
*
The OSP is linked to DocuShare and not the OSP repository. DocuShare links for OSPs is only allowed if the OSP isn't available in the repository for some reason, or if the link isn't working. Could you comment on this?
*
links to the jlabdoc repository don't work in word for some reason, but they do work in pansophy.
*
I've reached out to Justin for links and/or guidance. It is possible the OSP database has been taken offline. The VTA has an exception to continue under an OSP while the rest of the lab has moved on to ePAS.
*
I notice you're the author, but aren't listed in the NCRs or D3s anywhere. Normally an author will have themselves listed to keep informed about their traveler. Is there a reason you didn't want yourself listed?
*
I'm just the Author, I don't need any more emails from D3s or NCRs
*
Step 6 has a <<TEXT>> field recording the last 4 digits of a power sensor serial number. Is there an <<SN>> field that would work, or do you just want the last 4 digits?
*
Also, if these are just numerical, we could use an <<INTEGER>> field instead to keep people from accidentally putting letters or punctuation in.
*
My understanding is that an <<SN>> field requires a database to pull vales from. While it would be nice, I don't think such a database exists for these power meters. I think ISO Calibration requires logging the complete serial number which includes letters and numbers.
*
With the recent shakeups in EIC we wanted to make sure we had the right names for everyone. Could you confirm who the Project Manager and Project Coordinator are for EIC591SC?
*
I leave this up to David, but I don't think any of the recent EIC changes would affect the names on this traveler (Pashupati = PI, David = Coordinator)
I hope that helps,
Peter

Peter,
I was reviewing your EIC591SC-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R1 traveler, and had some questions about it.
