Hi David,

Thanks for the info, much appreciated.

Also, I managed to correct the project for the Cernox sensors and they should show up in the Traveler dropdown fields properly.

Hi Mike and Company,

Just as a confirmation, there should be no more components arriving to JLAB for the 591SC (other than maybe a shipping crate but I don't believe that will go in Primes). The project itself is not done as we have to carry out one more VTA test.

All of the components that will be arriving for EIC 591Mhz will be part of the EIC591 scope. I apologize for the late heads up, but at this rate the only components that will be arriving in the short term are the instrumentation sensors which Peter is procuring now/has procured and possibly some tuner motors (arriving probably in a month or two). The bulk of the bigger orders will not be executed for at least another few months with deliveries ranging about 9 month to a ~one-two years from now.

Thank you,

David S.

Hi All,

Yep, this conversation should have taken place 2 weeks ago. Timely information is critical on our end. There are now 105 serial numbers attached to the wrong project, EIC591SC instead of EIC591.

Don't worry, I'll see what I can do to fix it.

Just to verify;

  * Is the EIC591SC project done?
  * Are all pending parts going into the EIC591 project?

Thanks,

Mike Dickey

Hi Valerie,

So far, I've ordered Cernox temperature sensors and pressure gauges. These are all off-the-shelf parts. Quantities and part numbers are in the table below. The first three lines have already arrived, but I noticed they were entered into Primes under EIC591SC. Hence the email to check.

Let me know if you need any additional info,

Peter

Peter,

Thank you for letting us know.

EIC591SC (Single Cell) - is only for that DVC cavity work.

So Please use EIC591.

There is a DS Project Area setup and we have plans of putting together the EIC591 traveler area.

This also means I need to get with the Proj Coord to get a PEP Traceability plan together ASAP. Do you have a list of DRAWINGS, REVISIONS, NUMBER OF COMPs exepected?

Subject: Which EIC591 project

Hi Valerie,

I have parts arriving for the EIC591 First Article module. When these are loaded into Primes, should they be in the EIC591 project or EIC591SC?

Thanks,

Peter
