Subject: PEP Tracability Form for EIC591

Hi Valerie,

As the majority of the design is yet to be completed for the 591 Mhz CM, can we create a traceability form only accounting for the components that are near competition or completed or components that we know we will have and then add the rest at a later time?  Also, a similar question for the WCD?
