Sending this email again because Tony has put a follow up on the calendar for tomorrow afternoon and I believe it would be beneficial to review this spreadsheet and mark what you see as a critical component for tracking beforehand

Danny and John,
I have pulled all of the SN fields from the ER5C and C100R disassembly travelers and put them into the attached sheet. One tab is for CMA and one tab is for CLNRM. If more than one revision exists, I have them ordered from newest revision to oldest revision, with the latest revision highlighted. I did this in case you wanted to compare the SN variables to previous versions.
As discussed, please take the time to review and note what you deem as a critical component that needs to be tracked through disassembly, processing and reassembly. I have added a "Need?" column that you can simply put a Y or N to help simplify. Then we can use this list as a starting point and have a follow up meeting with those that should make the final decision on critical components.
If you decide to start reworking your travelers before we have that meeting, please remember to notate the expectations you have of the functionality of the disassembly traveler so we can ensure we get that corrected in Pansophy and have a better foot stepping forward.
Thanks for your time on Friday and let us know if you need any help!
