Allen,

This is a Priority (at least to get out for approvals).
Their review, Accelerator Readiness Review (ARR), is May 20-22.

Did you see any documents get added?
If not, please reach out to Mike McCaughn and David Savranski.

THANKS!

Valerie

Subject: Re: EPICS Procedures

Hi David,
Having heard no replies - I'm assuming everyone is happy with it? Can Valerie add it to the draft documents folder to start the signature approval queue?

Also - same question with the warm-up / cool-down procedures? I think we are fine for the upcoming review if the documents are in draft and working through the approval queue as we still have several months until we have to run. At worst we will get a pre-start finding for all of them to be ready by the time we have to run.

Hope you are having a good afternoon!
Mike

Subject: EPICS Procedures

Hi folks,

I have attached a document that was created to teach new operators how to navigate EPICS screens to get to the needed cryo pages. As the current SMEs would you have any other sections you would think would have to be added for an operator to have a good grasp on this subject?

Thank you,

David S.
