Valerie:
Here is a OneDrive link to the component tracking sheet Greg developed over time. We don't have to track every last component, I'm thinking that as new log entries happen and new ion pump (VIP), valve (VBV), or turbo pump (VTP), or other items are mentioned, we can enter them into the system and start tracking the history. Each item (#VIPXXXX, #VTPXXXX, etc.) and regular maintenance (#Valve_ReplacedORing, #Valve_ReplacedValve, #IonPump_Replaced) would have their own tags.
I have some familiarity with SQL and javascript from a course I took a long time ago. I can help with debugging database or programming if that will help speed this up. Either way, an alpha version by the time the SAM starts will be helpful as we'll have plenty of entries to work with for testing the system.
Regards,
Adam

Subject: Vacuum Maintenance System for CEBAF
Adam,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I was not able to get the "old system" to work, so we will have to go with a new system.
The Vacuum Maintenance along with CAPA Tracking, Calibration Tracking, and WCD Tracking is slated to be worked on this summer.
The plan is to have a working Alpha version by end August.
The team has been busy with other priorities.
We will keep you posted of any and all updates as they are available.
QUESTION: Can you get OR do you have a list of all components/hardware you wish to manage?
A copy of Greg's spreadsheet or a listing from the current CED would be very helpful.
Thank you for your patience.
Sincerely,
Valerie Bookwalter

Subject: Pansophy modifications
Matthew / Meghan:
How are things with updating Pansophy and adding the tagging ability? Is there any input you need from myself or Greg?
I'm eager to try this out, even if it's rough around the edges. We're already planning for the next SAM and there's lots of little items to track, it would make a great test case for the new tracker we're building.
Thanks,
Adam Duzik
