[Pansophy] PEP for 591SC

Good afternoon Pansophy folks,

Would it please be possible to stop the signature process for the current 591SC PEP and send out the revised version found in the ready for approvals folder?  Megan found mistakes in the original document that I am attempting to fix in this iteration.
