Hi Kirk!
ER5C (energy reach 5 cell) is a combination of C50R and C75. This was done because of production's need to move components and SNs back and forth between both projects and overall project similarities. If you look at the project area, you will see that some of the traveler IDs end with -C50R or -C20. These are there for travelers that were different in their instruction and/or data collection and we wanted to distinguish that it was from the old C50R project. All of the C75 versions were just named ER5C with no designation at the end.
We are prepared to continue adding the designation to the end if C50 is done and the process is too different from the existing ER5C travelers that are intended to be used. We have also discussed with authors to add a radio button or checkbox in the first step of the traveler to identify the style if there is no major difference in how the assembly is done. We discussed this with everyone before we made the combined project and all were in agreement of the efforts.
How (soon) will this C60 be? I ask so that we can be prepared to help facilitate any document (traveler/procedure) updates!
I hope this helps with any confusion and happy to explain more if it doesn't!
Thanks!
Megan McDonald

I am concerned that ER5C is becoming a confusing term if it stands alone. We may rework a C50, build a C75, or (soon) a C60. How can the user quickly differentiate that they are pulling up the correct document?

Subject: ER5C VTA Cavity Test Document Revisions
Hi Gigi and Kirk,
I have been working with Allen this morning reviewing the ER5C Cavity Test Documents.
There are two documents associated with the traveler ER5C-VTA-CPR-VTRF-R8:
C75-PR-CPR-VTRF-R4 procedure
Excel macro for C75-CPR-VTRF
The Pansophy group would like the document titles to reflect the project ER5C instead of C75.
The title of the macro would change from Excel Macro for C75-CPR-VTRF to Excel Macro for ER5C-CPR-VTRF.
The title of the procedure would change from C75-PR-CPR-VTRF-R4 to ER5C-PR-CPR-VTRF-R4.
I would like to take this opportunity to make any changes, if needed, to the traveler and/or the procedure during this revision. If you have any changes you would like to make please reply to this email. I have attached the documents.
If no changes are required, the Pansophy group can edit the title to the documents without signatures.
With Kind Regards,
Christiana
