Hi Greg!

At the meeting on Thursday, we discussed the need for the WMGRDR travelers to be updated, specifically to update the procedures referenced in SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-INST and the drawing link in SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-RMV. Please let me know if you would like assistance with this!

Roger, Adam, and Greg,

There are currently 5 open travelers for SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-INST and 16 open for SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-RMV.

I was able to quickly find this information by going to Pansophy > Main Menu > Traveler Reports > Travelers b Project and select SRFOPS. The travelers that include WMGRDR in the ID are belonging to WMGRDR things.

@Danny Forehand<mailto:forehand at jlab.org>, do we have an estimate on when we will have the CLRNRM traveler for the WMGRDR stuff? I recall us meeting on it with Greg quite some time ago (>1year)

Thanks!
Megan McDonald

Dear Valerie,

Are there any open travelers that somebody of my team is responsible for?

With best regards,
Roger.

Hi All,

With the next SAM starting in just a few weeks, I wanted to follow up on a few things.

*
We will be removing a C100 and a C20, we need to have the disassembly travelers completed and online. These need to be used effectively.
*
We will also be pulling girders to refurbish. All travelers, including those for the work done in the clean room, need to be online and used effectively.

        *
My understanding is there are girder travelers from the last SAM that still need to be closed. If so, please close them.

*
All travelers and procedures for plasma processing need to be completed, online and used effectively.

The SAM starts September 2nd. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Tony
