Hi Paul,

Thanks for fixing the issues. I would ask that you hyperlink the references rather than just pasting them underneath the description in the future, but that was an easy enough fix on my end.

Two other things.

  *
One, you accidentally deleted the header and footer. The current template has a section header between the document approvals and the template approval area that removes the header and footer if it is deleted. We're working on a new version that will fix this, but for now the only solution is to either click undo until you restore the section header, or you recreate the document via copy and paste. I'd recommend turning on show/hide paragraph markings (under paragraph in the microsoft word ribbon) to identify it and prevent it in the future. I can help you with getting this remedied if you'd like.

Two, I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of document JLab TN 18-051 is? I don't believe I've seen it before, and I'm trying to figure out if it should be linked in DocuShare or if it should be from our jlab document repository.
