Paul,
You can find the templates in the DocuShare QMS area. For procedures, you should use SRF-07-FM-005<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-59071>. You can also make Microsoft Word pull the templates directly by following the instructions in our Traveler Authorship training<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Documents/TravelerAuthorship2023PDF.pdf> starting on page 5.
In regards to the header and footer problem, you want to turn on the paragraph symbol button shown here,
[cid:41edc90f-2fb6-427a-9c9f-4c21e918b566]
And then avoid deleting the section header shown here.
[cid:7ba76f49-e6b4-4c5c-9d14-61cfc8d6e4af]
As I said we're working on getting this fixed and have already solved it with what will become our next template. Until that gets released, delete everything on the following page but not the section break. That will leave a blank page, but I fix that in the post approval upload process. If you ever accidentally delete it and catch it in time, just hit "undo" until it gets restored. At this stage unfortunately the procedure will have to be recreated, but that is a matter of copying and pasting into the different sections. If you have any further questions or need help with this process, please reach out and we'd be happy to help.
Lastly in regards to the references, we seem to be good with them as is. Thank you for your help in understanding them and where they're coming from.
I've attached a modified version of your procedure to this email. It's got some minor corrections within, such as turning the reference links into hyperlinks. It would be preferable to use this version in recreating to restore the header and footer to maintain those minor edits and prevent me from having to redo them on the next version.
Thank you for your time,
Allen

Hi Allen;
Can you remind me of where I can get a copy of the templates again? Can you highlight where in the template the section I cannot delete is with a image snip, such that I don’t repeat this again. Any help that you can offer to get this reminded would be appreciated.
Re JLab TN 18-051. This is a JLab Technote, presumably from 2018. The information and file location of this technote is highlighted in snip below

Hi Paul,
Thanks for fixing the issues. I would ask that you hyperlink the references rather than just pasting them underneath the description in the future, but that was an easy enough fix on my end.
Two other things.
* One, you accidentally deleted the header and footer. The current template has a section header between the document approvals and the template approval area that removes the header and footer if it is deleted. We're working on a new version that will fix this, but for now the only solution is to either click undo until you restore the section header, or you recreate the document via copy and paste. I'd recommend turning on show/hide paragraph markings (under paragraph in the microsoft word ribbon) to identify it and prevent it in the future. I can help you with getting this remedied if you'd like.
* Two, I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of document JLab TN 18-051 is? I don't believe I've seen it before, and I'm trying to figure out if it should be linked in DocuShare or if it should be from our jlab document repository.
Allen

Hi Allen;
This is my first procedure submission so I appreciate you patience.
I have uploaded a new version to Docushare, please confirm this is sufficient for review and approval.

Paul,
I was reviewing your SRF–MSPR–FAB-COMP-GRIND-R1 and I need to send it back to you. The references do not have any links to them, and you've only listed yourself as an approver. Please make the necessary revisions and upload a new version. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Allen
