[Pansophy] EICRD Project Area

Hi Megan,

I think we should be ok to close it.  We initially opened it up in case we wanted to attempt R&D scope, but as of right now most of that is being captured by the underlying engineerings.

Hi Michelle,
Is there a plan to still use the EICRD project area in Pansophy? There is the one traveler in there that hasn't been used. If we do not plan to use this, I would like to move it to the cloed projects area
