[Pansophy] L2RB-INSP-CAV SNs

All,

I have added functionality to the L2RB-INSP-CAV to if the SN is unavailable in the dropdown, the user can type them into a text field and it will push the SN to the database. This will populate the dropdown and make the SN available in all other travelers. Please let me know if you have any issues.
