[Pansophy] Plasma Cleaning - PLACLN or SRFOPS

Hi Tony!

Valerie and I were discussing the handling of the plasma cleaning project. Currently, there is a project area in Pansophy that holds one traveler, I don't believe there is plans for more travelers and there is the project area in DocuShare that houses 8 procedures. Since plasma cleaning is more of a "service" vs a "project", should we move these documents to the SRFOPS project area in Pansophy and DocuShare?

As a project, it requires more documentation and to follow more rules, as a service, it requires less
