[Pansophy] MSMECH Engineers as EIC document authors/reviewers ?

Tony,

We are starting to get some EIC movement for documents.
Do we have a list of "approved" MSMECH names that can be authors/reviewers?

I recall David Savransky starting a list, but we have not seen a completed list.
Also, does EIC197 need to be revisited?

There is another procedure being drafted by a MEG engineer, Daniel Galway, to SRF procedure format. The approvers include Joseph Matalevich, who is not part of SRF. The procedure is for EIC 591 CM related work and Joe is the CAM. Shall Joe or I ask for Tony's approval to let Joe approve this and future EIC 591 procedures?
