Hi Allen,
Here is a working link to the VOD from the ES&H website: https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-301702/*.pdf

Peter,

I've finished reviewing. Everything else looks good, but I did notice that VTA Operating Directives (VOD)<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-299596/VTA-operations-directives.pdf> doesn't appear to go to anything in DocuShare. Whenever I try to click it, an error pops up saying "file not found". Was something done to the document?

Thank you, Peter. It's in my queue to review and route.

Hi Allen,
I hadn't reviewed the front page of the Traveler thoroughly. have made some changes to the referenced documents. I replaced the SOP with the VOD, and made sure the other links (data processing and quench analysis spreadsheets) are valid in Docushare. The only other change to make is referencing the procedure once it is in Docushare.

I also corrected the ModeMixing procedure reference. That is now an appendix to the VTRF procedure, not a standalone procedure.

These changes have been uploaded to Docushare in the Ready for Approvals folder as a new version of the traveler.

Peter,

I had a chance to put the procedure out for approvals. I noticed that all of the references are highlighted. I understand it for the procedure, as that is getting updated to the L2RB that just went out, but what about the other references? Are they in need of update too?

In addition, what is the "L2RB-ModeMixing procedure" I saw highlighted in the body? Is that another procedure that needs to be modified? I didn't notice it in the references section, and any referenced documents should be included in there.

Hello,
I have uploaded the VTA RF testing Traveler and Procedure for L2RB to Docushare<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-60841> <https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-60841> for approvals. Since John V is out of the office this week, I've put Gigi on the approval list as SME. The reviewers have had a chance to look over the documents and provide comments, hopefully this make the approval process go smoothly.

Thanks,

Peter
