Paige,

I've reviewed the L2RB Cavity External Degreasing Procedure you put out. The body looks good, but I do need to send this back. In the process of making the procedure, you deleted the section header that separates the template approval page from the rest of the procedure. This unfortunately deletes the header and footer from the document. This is a known issue that we are working to fix in the next version of the procedure template.

The fix is fairly simple and I can show you how to avoid it in the future until we get a new template revision out. Would there be a time today we could meet? It can be in person or over teams.

That is correct. We're moving towards having one folder for all approvals and ready for approvals so that people don't have to go hunting as much for the folders when they're working on multiple projects. I assume you know which of those two to put stuff into, but if not I can give you the run down.

Hey Allen, just following up on this. I also had another question. In the L2RB folder I was going to submit a new procedure that I need to link to a traveler but I am confused on which folder to submit it to. There are 2 folders, one that says approvals and one that says ready for approvals but in the ready for approvals there are documents for SRFRD so I am unsure if that is the correct folder to submit under. https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-59848

Hi Allen, I am currently going to be OOO starting this afternoon until Sept 8th. Since I believe there is no rush on getting these approved, please just “deny” it and I will fix the issue when I get back to the office. It seems I grabbed the most up to date traveler template so that’s good but my apologies on the approval area being wrong. I have submitted one other traveler for the L2RB, if it has the same issue please also “deny” it and I will fix it as soon as I get back. That being said I’ll still be on my email until my flight tonight so don’t hesitate to reach out by EOD with any other concerns!

I need to send this back. It looks like someone copied the header and approval areas from SRF-07-FM-005 and put them at the end of the traveler. This will prevent the traveler from going in and will need to be removed.
I also noticed that there's a reference to an L2RB procedure that doesn't seem to be made yet. This will need to be made and put out alongside the traveler, or the reference removed entirely.
Lastly, you seem to have put the description for each reference in the cell underneath the linked reference. Technically this is ok, but is very confusing as normally that would be an indication of an unlinked reference. I would recommend instead moving the description to the same cell as the reference, on another line if need be.
