Mike,
You can find our current procedure template in DocuShare here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-59071>, or on the M Drive with this address (M:\asd\asddocs\TravelerTemplates\SRF-07 Document Management).
As for the list format, we would recommend you use the styles on the home tab of the ribbon. There's not a specific way they need to be done, though I would recommend avoiding heading 1 unless you absolutely need it as it's used for the sections of the document. The important thing is to make sure that the document flows well, and that the parts and steps are nested correctly. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to pansophy at jlab.org.
Allen

Hi Allen,
I'm going to have the cycles to make another go at this for you next week. May I have a copy of the present procedure template from you, and if you wouldn't mind please insert tiers 1-5 of examples of both the symbols for ordered and unordered list formats we've settle on? Sorry for the long delay on this!
Mike

Justin and Mike,
I've reviewed the CMTF Cryomodule Acceptance Test Master Procedure and made some edits. I'm sending it back to you now for review and to address the comments that I made. I wasn't able to fix everything on my own with my knowledge, and will need your expertise in finishing it. I'll also ask you pay attention to the order and levels instructions and steps are in, to make sure that it flows how you desire. Lastly, there were several instances in the procedure that reference a step number. These no longer match up and I was unable to figure out where they match to.
If you have any questions, please reach out to pansophy at jlab.org, and I'll be happy to help you from there.
Allen
