Subject: Maintenance Tracker Beta Release

Hi Roger and team,

The beta release of your team's maintenance tracker is now available in Pansophy. It can be found under Main Menu/Facilities/Vacuum. Here is the link https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Facilities/VAC_Maintenance/VacMaintenance.cfm <https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Facilities/VAC_Maintenance/VacMaintenance.cfm> .

With this being a beta release we are expecting you will run into some errors while in this testing phase. Please forward all errors to myself and what you were trying to do when the error occurred.

This system was designed to mimic Greg's spreadsheets, and Adam's presentation however some changes will need to be made to meet all designs we discussed initially. We do need data input to advance the design, and functionality further. I would like to meet with your entire team after you have had a chance to test and use the current system. This will give us input from multiple persons to best suit your needs. Please reach out when your team is ready to move forward.

I have upload the data from Greg's spreadsheet from the link shared with us. The photos will be uploaded for you as well but I have not started this process yet.

I am available to help your team learn this system and how to use it if needed. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any training or support. We look forward to continuing to work with your team on this project.

Kind Regards,

Matthew Menia
