Ashley,

Quick update, we did find the -BC approval. It appears that the traveler was renamed mid-approval. If you got to the routing for the -BAREC traveler<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/ServicesLib/Document-285015/Routing>, you see that it has the original -BC name. Sorry for the confusion, hope that clears things up for you.

Allen

Ashley,

BAREC used to be BC until it got a name change. I'm not entirely sure what happened to the approval for the BC version, but BAREC is the correct and current ID. Do we need to locate the -BC routing, or is it acceptable that BAREC is the latest and current version?
Also a side note. If you look at the dates for the BAREC version, the folder is from 2024 but the files within are from 2025.

Subject: [Pansophy] AUPCAV Bare Cavity Assembly WCD

Hi,

I believe I have found a document in the Approved Travelers folder that was not approved. I am preparing for my upcoming trip by pulling our AUPCAV Bare Cavity procedures. I was looking around for the most recent version of the AUPCAV bare cavity assembly procedure and traveler. In the approved Travelers folder, there seem to be two travelers for bare cavity assembly, AUPCAV-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-BAREC-R1 and AUPCAV-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-BC-R1. Opening the travelers, they appear nearly identical other than the name. The BC traveler has the modified date of Jan 2025 and BAREC was May 2024, but in the document, they both have a 2024 date.

I looked in the approvals archive and don't see where AUPCAV-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-BC-R1 was approved.

Here are the live travelers for AUPCAV, AUPCAV-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-BAREC-R1 is available for use, the BR Traveler is not here.

Is AUPCAV-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-BC-R1 a valid and approved traveler or is this an error?
