Hello POWEN
Your request has been successfully received.
Soon a pansophy team member will be assigned to your request.
They may reach out to you for more information if needed.
You will receive another email after your request has been completed.
Request Type: General Request
Priority Level: 1
Request Notes: When starting an NCR on the C75 VTRF traveler, the Part Acronym and Serial number do not Autofill correctly. The Part Acronym and Serial Number drop-downs default to the first entry in the list, AMGVSN and 0207 respectively. I can select the right Part and SN (in this case CAVSN and 5C75-RI-051), but shouldn't it be automatic? Does this happen on other ER5C travelers?
Others to Notify: GRENOBLE
Project: ER5C
Have a great day.
