I have also found that some WGDs use WINWGDSN for a dropdown and some WINWGDs use WGDSN for the dropdown. And worse, some WINWGDSNs were TEXT fields. So when doing you're SN Search, I suggest also searching for your numbers in WGDSN.

Hi Megan;
I believe Greg will be digging into this further. When I looked up the serial number search, I found a very sparse list of parts under “WINWGDSN” and none of the serial numbers I posted below.
Similarily, unde the WINWGD dashboard, I see a very sparse list with none of the serial numbers I have listed below.
It almost seems like there was a prior traveller for fabrication of WIN into WGD

Hi Paul,
The WBA and WIN go together in C100R-FURN-WIN-ASSY.
The WIN and WGD go together in C100R-FURN-WINWGD-ASSY
You can use the SN search to access these travelers from MAIN MENU > PRODUCTION > SN SEARCH
https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Production/SNQuery.cfm
We also have a WINWGD dashboard flow chart type thing (which is where I learned the above information) in MAIN MENU > PRODUCTION > STATUS BOARDS > C100R > WINWGD
https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Production/StatusBoards/C100R/C100R_WINWGD.cfm
Hope this helps your data search!

Subject: C100-05R window-waveguide
Hello Greg and Megan;
We are planning to reuse the C100-05R window-waveguide assemblies in the upcoming builds. Is there any way to quickly see if there were any anomalies in the waveguides before they were assembled?
I’m specifically trying to see if the high power RF tests of the WBA (adapter brazement assembly) but I am having a hard time identifying where the WINWGD has the WBA associated with it. My guess is that best place to make this assement is in C100R-EBW-WINWGD traveller, but I don’t know how to search all the entries.
Can either of you help me with this? List of WINWGD is below.
