I don't see an attachment, was there supposed to be one?

I think that explains it - the jump is due to inconsistencies in data used in the report as we were developing it.

I don't think we need more data pulled, but being able to look back at the past reports would be nice to have in the future so we don't have to rely on searching our emails (and if someone other than Kirk or myself want to look).

Ashley,

Here is the data from the database.
Mar/Apr was when Megan was developing this report and some of the initial data changes were  due to us getting the "correct projects" included in the results. So, initial months could contain ALL projects as opposed to MAJOR projects.
I hope that gives you an explanation you can use. If you look after July 2024, everything settles down as the software starts it's routing running.

Let me know if you need more information (like all projects included - but that's a lot of data, just an FYI).

P.S. We can add "create a historical look report" for this data when we get to programming the upgraded data mining area.

I saw that jump too in the database. It looks like AUPCAV started, ER5C push to get CM  done and a finish for L2HE.
But I couldn't validate completing the jump. I want to take another look at the database and I will let you know what I see.

Hi Valerie,
I believe the data came from Kirk, this was reported in the 2024 MR meeting and was made an action item to investigate.

It may be all projects, I have different numbers in my KPI tracker of open travelers, but I do still see a jump from March to April due to ER5C & AUPCAV increases.
