[Pansophy] NCR Issued: 1318 on ER5C-NCR-R13--1317

It looks like you may have instantiated this NCR from another NCR instead of the traveler.  Tony and I shouldn't be dispositioners.  I think you can either update The Traveler" section on page 1 to the traveler it should be from or have Pansophy delete this traveler and create a new one on the correct traveler.
