<div>We will be using a new template for the SNSPPU travelers. The new fields are NCR Dispositioners, NCR Informative and D3 Emails. </div>

Format: megan,bookwalt,mdickey</li><li>NCR Informative - The people that will receive an email that an NCR has been instantiated but they CANNOT disposition it. Format: megan,bookwalt,mdickey</li><li>D3 Emails - The people that will receive an email when a D3 has been instantiated. Format: megan.bookwalt,mdickey</li></ul>
