Per our discussion, I agree with your suggestion to have four
separate acronyms and INV travelers. I will prepare 4 INSP
travelers accordingly.

The Helium Inlet Baffle Assy is part of the kit "SNS PPU
Cryomodule Cold Mass Assembly Machined Parts". We may use CMMC for
this kit. The other three acryonyms look good to me.

I also agree that we shall have 4 different dropdowns in the ASSY
travelers. Matt and myself are responsible for the Cold Mass Assy
(me) and Final Assembly (Matt) travelers, we will pay attention to
this.

I think in the assembly travelers, it would be helpful to keep a
record (comment box or file upload in pansophy terms) of the SNs
of the kit members actually installed. This is because that per
LCLS-II experience, the assembly folks prefer to have the liberty
to use components from a "sick" cryomodule elsewhere. When that
happens, an elaborate kit is disbanded but we can still trace
which kit member goes onto which cryomodule in the end. Comments
are welcome from you all.

Thanks,
Gary
distinctly different kits with SN: 001, 002, 003, 004, 005,

It is to inventory parts purchased per PO 20-D0831. There will
be 4 x 7 = 28 kits of parts coming from the vendor.

Ed suggests to include references on the first page of the INV
traveler, I attached relevant drawings and the SOW. You may
add them to the traveler's first page.
