I have completed the column's on Author, Reviewer 1, Reviewer 2, and Project manager in the attached. I would suggest having Kirk review the cavity acceptance through cavity string assembly travelers to see if he agrees. I am not as familiar with that group
as I should be some their maybe better persons, or some maybe over committed as well. You or Katherine should do the same on the rest, though I know that group better.

<li>There was a MLI installation procedure listed under spaceframe assembly and not a corresponding one in Cold Mass Assembly and Final Assembly. Maybe this is better handled with a generic installation procedure. I know the MLI blankets are covered in the
Cold Mass Assembly, though not in detail. </li><li>There are a number of Leak Test Procedures. Again I would think generic procedures might cover this and pressure testing. Maybe these travelers just reference the generic procedures for the individual components which would be OK as well.
