 is a separate legal entity from DOE and operated by a limited liability company, Jefferson Science Associates, LLC." So, the only course we have, and Kari has been suggesting this for some time, is to purchase a standard edition license. Otherwise, there is

 this legal battle we would have to engage in with Oracle. I've been through that before. It's lengthy. Mythics, our Oracle reseller has sent a quote for standard edition. When the enterprise edition license comes up for renewal in April of 2021, we will not

 renew it. It will just be inactive. Sorry about the inconvenience. I will email the quote to you.</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif"></span></p>
