I am sorry that this process has been harder than it should be. The SOTRs will follow the traveler process that you all define. Some SOTRs may not be entirely clear how the new process is supposed to work, so maybe we need to have a training class to better
educate them. I will discuss with you the best way to handle that after you meet with SRF management to agree on the traveler process going forward.</div>

<span style="font-size:14.0pt">We are tired of being beaten up, while trying to grow the system to support the demands and requests put on us by the projects and SOTRs.</span></p>

<span style="font-size:14.0pt">We are doing this by renaming work centers and division/grouping of work. This is being done because of past experiences where we were drawn and quartered during end-of-project inventory inquiries and NCR validation of parts,
QA Board metrics with Report Validations, Work Center traveler breakdowns.</span></p>
