      A few of my recent travelers show garbled characters when symbols

      in Word are used, such as multiplication symbol, bullet symbol,

      prime. I checked the travelers in Firefox and Chrime, same issue

      exists. Could you please look into this and resolve the issue.  An

      example traveler is SNSPPU-INSP-HOBCB. The problem is pretty

      widespread as I see. <br>
