<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">The SNSPPU-CST-INSP-BLBP traveler has been approved, renamed to SNSPPU-INSP-BLBP, and uploaded to pansophy. I have a one-time request I would like for you all
to please do. This traveler had a lot of quotations in it. Which are not bad in of themselves, but do cause problems when smart quotes comes on (that neat little thing where the apostrophes and quotes align with the text like “this” and this’). Pansophy doesn’t
like these, only straight quotes where the apostrophes and quotations are identical regardless of their placement. To change this, please follow these instructions. Open word, select “File” on the toolbar on top, then select “Options” on the left hand side.
When the box shows up, select “proofing”, then “autocorrect options”. When that box comes up, click “autocorrect as you type”, then unselect the “Straight quotes with Smart Quotes” option, and the “Fractions with Fraction Characters” option. That last one
isn’t related to this issue but is another one I’d like to take care of while you have the box open. Then hit OK on both boxes and you’re good to go. The only other issue I noticed was a lot of double spacing at the end of sentences, but that is easier for
me to catch and fix as compared to the smartquotes. This will be put into the traveler authorship powerpoint in the near future, but I wanted to go ahead and address this now.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
