I'm sorry I was sick today and missed all the excitement.</div>

Apparently there is still confusion on the new procedure and this is causing much frustration within the pansophy team and in authors.</div>

Megan and Allen have been reminding people of this procedure for a couple weeks now both in project meetings and via emails.</div>

Allen has also been diligent in replying to authors letting them know about the new process and directing them to the author checklist.</div>

Additionally, Megan put lots of help on the front page of Pansophy to make it easy for authors to get to the information.</div>

In Anne's meeting on Thursday I brought up this concern and some suggestions were a poster or newsletter.</div>
