I have a procedure for P1 that I am ready to upload into DocuShare to start its approval process. The cover page of the procedure has a place to record the Approval Date and the Periodic Review Date, and the last page has space for approval
signatures and dates. What is the process to record the approval date on the cover sheet? I’m sure when everyone was working onsite, I would have gotten the physical signatures on the last page and then updated the cover sheet to provide the final approval
date and periodic review date. But now I’m not sure if I put today’s date (the day that I upload it to DocuShare for approval) or if I / you update the approval and periodic review dates after all approvals have been obtained.
