Lakshmi,

A couple of things I wanted to point out that I noticed with your traveler.

First, there was a space between the project and area in the traveler ID. This occurred both in the document title and in the document itself. The space prevents the traveler from being uploaded until it is removed. Please keep an eye out
for these in the future.

Second, travelers need at least a <<SN>> variable on the first page in order for traveler conversion to work. This does not mean the first page of the word doc, which turns into the P0 of the traveler, but the page immediately after it.
L2HE-INSP-CLMP02K had the notes and figure section as the first page, so it did not have any variables. The easiest solution in this case, and the one that I employed, was to merge the two tables together so that P1 and P2 become just P1.

Third, when adding link to reference material, please use the link you can get by opening the file from docushare. The links did not work on my end, which usually means an author linked to the file on their computer. Once the document goes
to other people’s computers, the links don’t work anymore.

Other than these three things and the NCR stuff discussed earlier, this was a good traveler. Keep up the good work.

Allen
