I am at home right now using Jlab VPN with my smart card to login JLab’s Pansophy, but numbers of links are not private or not functioning. Yesterday I tried to use DocShare under the main menu, it complained about the using menu above
which instruction is very confusion. Today, I will be in my lab office to test those same pages. It seems to me at my home office, with jlab VPN and smartcard, I can go some pages of Travelers but not Docshare. For example to check the RF parameters table
in the DocShare, I have to ask someone who has the local copy of it. Yesterday, my office desktop was shutdown due to a power surge. Wake-on-Lan was not working. Today, I need to restart it and to see if DocShare is working or not, at least, I can access my
local copy of RF parameter table on my office desktop to help someone testing the SRF cavities at VTA.
