other items. All valves shall be opened prior to executing this procedure. To prevent excessive exposure to particulate in air, the user is to perform all actions within the laminar flow hood (when possible). </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif; color:black"></span></p>

Additional wipers, brushes or other means may be
necessary to pre-clean heavily soiled components. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="color:black"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Alternatively, the components may be ultrasoniced in a secondary container. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="color:black"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Thoroughly rinse component with DI water. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="color:black"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Repeat until heavy soil, oil, etc. has been removed. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></li></ol>

Carefully place component(s) into USC using baskets, sheets

Don a new pair of nitrile gloves and inspect the valves(s) for cleanliness. If the valve(s) do not appear
to be clean, return the valve(s) to the ultrasonic bath and re-clean as necessary. If the valve(s) appear to be clean, proceed. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></li></ol>
