first is that the traveler was in the old template (you can tell by the NCR Emails cell. It’s supposed to be three separate cells, NCR Informative, NCR Dispositioners, and D3 emails). The second was the ± special character symbols. These show up as errors
in Pansophy, so I had them changed to +/-. Lastly, the step numbers kept repeating and skipping step 8.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
