Just a suggestion. These DL can be used interchangably on C75 vrs NB3. The only unique part for NB3 is the cavities that have a special coating. So as long as there is a SN that can ve recorded for the Pair, I think you could use C75. Then if someone decides
later to use them on C75 after all, there won't be any problems<br>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Is “project name” an attribute associated with a uniquely identified part, or is “project name” an integral element of the part’s unique identification? I assume it’s the latter. If so, then are we saying a part belongs to a project and
can never be used by another project without creating data confusion? Is there a way to identify a part without using “project name” to make it unique; or create a Part ID alias so the “project name” element can be changed without losing its tie to the previously
assigned “project name”?</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">As for traceability, the requirement is that items we want to be traceable must be uniquely identified to prevent unintended usage. We choose the identification system/method.</p>
