Hi Allen,
I apologize for not getting to this sooner.
I have some questions:
There is what appears to be an approved traveler,
WMGRDR-DISA-SAMPL-R1 that does not show up in the traveler drop down
list and is also not on your master list. However, there is a
travel entry on your list for WMGRDR-DISA-WGRDR. Are these meant to
be the same traveler? What do we need to do to get into the traveler
drop down?
There is a file in the Draft Procedures folder labeled as " Girder
Clean Assy and LC.docx" that I think corresponds to
WMGRDR-ASSY-WGRDR. What needs to happen to get that file from Draft
to Approvals?

For now, I think that the following travelers should be kept in use
or put into place to be used:
WMGRDR-GRDR-RMV
WMGRDR-CHEM-COMP-DEGR
WMGRDR-DISA-WGRDR (see questions above)
WMGRDR-ASSY-WGRDR (see questions above)
Any other travelers can be dropped for now, I think.

It would be good to get a procedure written that covers Viewer Assy
but I don't know who would write that. There seem to be a lot of
questions about what to do with the viewers.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Allen,
We will still be refurbishing girders whenever possible, so
these travelers should remain available. Could you send a
copy of this masterlist. The problem here for me is that Ari
Palczewski was supposed to get these travelers written and
into the system. I don't have much familiarity with what
travelers are needed to push girders through the cleanroom,
etc. So, I have some things to figure out.
Thanks,
was starting back up again, pansophy did a review on the
project documents. This was to see what was still needed,
and to see what documents were actually used. Although quite
a few forms and procedures were and put into production,
only two travelers made it into pansophy. Of those two, only
WMGRDR-GRDR-RMV had any travelers opened. We at pansophy
were wondering if the other traveler, WMGRDR-CHEM-COMP-DEGR,
was still needed? Furthermore, a project masterlist was
created with quite a few unfinished travelers mentioned. We
were wondering which of those were also needed, and if there
were any we could add to the list? I’ve attached the
masterlist for your convenience.
