Subject: L2HE VTRF - Report and Fieldnames

Attached is an excel sheet with the variable fieldnames that have changed between R1, R2 and R3. Fieldnames in travelers and consistency between revisions is very important for datamining, specifically on travelers that are heavily reported
on like the VTRF. The reports that we build for travelers key off of the fieldnames so if a fieldname is changed in the slightest, such as adding or removing characters, the report doesn’t break, it just doesn’t show the data for the new revisions. In this
case, the Cavity Performance Grid in the Projects area was generated using fieldnames from R1. Fieldnames were changed for R2 and R3, therefore, the data didn’t appear.

I have copied the data over in the database and changed the fields that are used in the report to the best of my ability. Please review the attached sheet to see how I matched the fields and to note the two fields that are in the report
and have been removed from the traveler in R2 and R3. If you notice something that still isn’t appearing correctly in the report, please let us know.
