SRF-12 Nonconforming Product (Jacob H) (jlab.org). Just the procedure should be linked as the reference in the NCR form. The link will persist through future procedure revisions because
I “upload new version”.

Hi everyone,

Would it be possible (maybe for the next revision of the NCR traveler) to include the definitions for the various Disposition states to Page 2 and Page 4 (or at least as a hyperlinked Reference on Page 0)? I’m currently working on C100R
NCRs but I’m sure it would be helpful to others as well. Each time I need to respond to an NCR, I have to dig back through messages / emails to find the slide Jacob presented a while ago on what each disposition state meant – and it would be a nice time-saver
to just have it on the screen when I need it.

I see that there is a procedure in the References for the NCR traveler (C100R-NCR R12) but that procedure looks like it might be out of date or at least doesn’t seem to give guidance on the Conforming status.
