<p class="MsoNormal">I spoke with Allen at noon. He said the spreadsheet (and soon to be the TPQC) records the name who authored and reviewed the existing revision listed on the spreadsheet; and the names are updated only after the need for a new revision arises.
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">We all thought the spreadsheet lists the current revision number of the document for information; and the names are supposed to be current people who would author and review a new revision</span>. For example,
SRF Project Coordinators will replace Kurt Macha’s name now, in anticipation/planning of a future revision.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="background:aqua;mso-highlight:aqua">Tony and I just met with SRF Project Coordinators and gave them the assignment to get the latest version of the Project Work Control Documents spreadsheet from DocuShare and update the Author,
Reviewer 1, Reviewer 2, Project Rep, NCR Informative, NCR Dispositioner, and D3 columns</span>. The SRF OPs Project Coordinators will send updated spreadsheets back to Allen for inputing into the spreadsheets and/or the TPQC.<o:p></o:p></p>
