for my comments disapproving of the cooldown procedure, which applies to other procedures: at least the fast cooldown. During the normal approval sequence, I would wait to be the last person regarding an operational cryomodule plant. I decided that a safety
concern could not wait. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

the people conducting the step must be ODH2 qualified. Of course, ODH2 status remains until AFTER the restoration of cables and signage. I do not remember the specific ODH2 procedure that was developed by SRF for LERF LCLS2 testing. </span></i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
