<p class="MsoNormal">I saw the C100R PEP got approved, thank you for the rapid turnaround. As this isn’t a usual procedure I didn’t want to make changes, but I did want to offer a suggestion. One thing that came up in the audit was that to an untrained eye,
just having the docushare approvals at the bottom isn’t immediately evident. The solution was to replace the empty signature and date cells with one that says “In docushare”, and then add the approval screenshot at the bottom. If you would like, I can apply
this to the PEP before I upload it. Your call, I just wanted to offer the option.<o:p></o:p></p>
