<p class="MsoNormal">Attached please find a minor rev of the
C100R CMTF acceptance traveler. In response to CAPA 28, from
December’s Audit A-015: Performance Assurance ISO Audit, the
SRF QA Calibration Process needs to show measurements in
travelers that state that the use of “Critical MTE” is
required for critical measurements, and require proper
recording of the unique identifier of the Critical MTE.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The RF power meters and frequency counter
used in step 30 and 41 are now called “Critical MTE” and those
steps now use the language prescribed by section 5.2 of the
calibration QA procedure,

from two steps to avoid confusion. The setting of the LVDT in
step 13 is not really a calibration, and what step 30 called
“RF cable calibration” is really just measuring the offsets or
