Greetings all,

Attached please find a minor rev of the C100R CMTF acceptance traveler. In response to CAPA 28, from December’s Audit A-015: Performance Assurance ISO Audit, the SRF QA Calibration Process needs to show measurements in travelers that state
that the use of “Critical MTE” is required for critical measurements, and require proper recording of the unique identifier of the Critical MTE.

The RF power meters and frequency counter used in step 30 and 41 are now called “Critical MTE” and those steps now use the language prescribed by section 5.2 of the calibration QA procedure,
SRF-03-PR-001 Calibration and Verification_R2.

https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-248278/SRF-03-PR-001%20Calibration%20and%20Verification.pdf

I’ve also removed the word “calibration” from two steps to avoid confusion. The setting of the LVDT in step 13 is not really a calibration, and what step 30 called “RF cable calibration” is really just measuring the offsets or losses of
the cables.

According to the C100 Master Traveler spreadsheet:
