In traveler C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ, sequence 23 & 29, Step 15 RFTESTOK was left blank accidentally before closing. YES needs to be selected. I've submitted two Service Requests but I don't think they are going through properly because both times the confirmation
email I've received didn't have anything in the notes section. Can you please reopen these two travelers for me?</div>
