Hi Valerie and Mike – It appears we are still tracking to get C100-08 in the Test Lab and start disassembly in a couple weeks. I had tried to gather the serial numbers that we will need in the C100R dropdowns
so that there wasn’t an issue with the lag time for the CM disassembly traveler being completed and the refurbishment work starting. The SNs are in the linked file below. If it would be helpful, we could have a short meeting next week for me to explain the
worksheet I made and/or where I think the SNs would need to get pulled as part of a report.

Good morning,

C100-08 should be the next C100 cryomodule we refurbish. I believe we will get the cryomodule in the Test Lab ~ April 2023 to start disassembly. To help with pre-populating the Serial numbers for the dropdowns in C100R project, I reviewed
the C100-08 assembly travelers to pull out the relevant SNs to carry into the C100R project.

https://jeffersonlab-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/ganey_jlab_org/EYAkS-tYj6lItSv3_6UfEPsBAbuIjdGwz06Neozb1Auweg?e=z2ABOq

The linked spreadsheet has two tabs. From the C100R-CM-DISA tab, all of the SN fields from the C100R disassembly traveler are sorted to the top and I tried to find what the response is expected to be based on the C100 assembly travelers.
I also added where I pulled that expected value so that hopefully a report of some type can be made for future C100 cryomodule refurbishments to pre-populate the SNs. The other tab (C100 SNs) has some rows highlighted yellow that have SNs that need to get
carried over into C100R dropdowns – these are the HOMs, FPFT, WIN, and WGD SNs that are not captured in the C100R-CM-DISA traveler. These are listed under the traveler that I found them in and the column C is the data field ID from the source traveler. The
rows not highlighted are SNs from C100 but as far as I know those parts do not get reused so the SNs should not be copied into C100R.

This probably is not a comprehensive list for C100-08R but it should at least give the cavity production groups the SNs in the dropdowns they need early in the project.
