There is one thing you can do while we’re waiting for Adam and the others to figure out how we go about editing a WCD. To get the pansophy ribbon back on these travelers, I opened the template and copied the data over. One thing I didn’t
realize at the time was that the second image with the red circle were not together, and the circle was resting over it. As a reminder; any arrows, circles, or other symbols used to point out something in an image need to be part of that image. The easiest
way to do this is to create the image and symbols in word (or powerpoint, which allows for greater flexibility) and screenshot it using the snipping too. This is what I’ve done, but I want to make sure I did it right and the circle is over the right thing.

I’ve attached the three travelers to this email. Please review my work, especially making sure the images are correct. If there are any changes that need to be made, please make them and send the revised travelers back. If everything looks
good, let me know and I’ll have them ready for when we get the go-ahead from Adam.

I wanted to reach out briefly about a few things I noticed in your travelers. There were a couple of extra spaces, including where they shouldn’t be, which while easily fixed is something we need to keep an eye out for. The most important
thing however are the revision numbers. I noticed that you changed from R3 to R4 for these documents. As a reminder, the revision number only advances after a traveler goes into pansophy. Otherwise, it stays the same during the editing process. I went ahead
and changed it back to R3 for the travelers, and moved the R4 revision note to R3. If that last part was incorrect, please tell me what the revision note should say for each respective traveler.

Lastly, I noticed that the pansophy ribbon was not showing up in the travelers. Is this the case on your end as well? If so we might need to look at whether your documents didn’t get it for some reason, or if there’s something else going
on we need to address.
