Hello HUQUE
Your request has been completed.

Request Type: General Request
Request ID: 192
Priority Level: 1
Request Notes: A number of photos have been uploaded to NCRs using the JFIF format. The NCR page 1 does not show thumbnails of these files. Is it possible to have this file format shown as thumbnails?
Date Completed: 2023-7-20 11:02:43
Completed By: BOOKWALT
Completion Notes: I haven't found any way to make windows 10 show thumbnails for JFIF images but if you change a value in the windows Registry you can get Chrome/Firefox to save images as jpeg instead of jfif.
Open Registry Editor, then go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Content Type\image/jpg Right click on Extension go to modify and change .jfif to .jpg Now images from Firefox should download as jpg [1]: https://i.stack.imgur.com/AUkvi.png

Have a great day.
